Our six-acre resort with immediate access to the Paiute ATV Trail is located just one mile off Highway 89 in beautiful Bullion Canyon, Marysvale, Utah

Due to this fact, our reservation and cancellation policy is FIRM.
Rates guaranteed upon receipt of deposit; balance of reservation due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations received in writing more than 30 days prior to arrival, subject to a $25 processing fee.
Less than 30 days, all deposits/payments are non-refundable. No exceptions.
